Some times it is possible (in every clinics), but you must be sure –
everything done to establish definitive diagnosis (histology exam, IGH,
cytology, cytogenetic and some other tests). You can request second
opinion from another clinic in US or Europe (all medical documentation
and tumor tissue samples required usually for this consultation). If the
general condition of the patient is poor and deteriorated rapidly
treatment should be initiated as soon as possible (despite preliminary
diagnosis only). Best way – start treatment and parallel receive second
opinion. If no treatment recommended – change clinic.
